  1.         SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. By installing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms
  4. and conditions of the software license agreement set forth in this text. 
  5. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software and 
  6. documentation according to the terms set forth in this agreement. 
  7. All ownership and copyright to the materials in this package, 
  8. both software and documentation, remain exclusively with the author.

  10. This software may be installed on only one computer at a time, 
  11. unless a multi-user license is purchased. This software may be in 
  12. use on only one computer at a time, unless a multi-user license is 
  13. purchased. This software may not be installed on a network, or used 
  14. in any environment where it is possible for more than one computer to 
  15. access the software unless you purchase a multi-user license.  If a 
  16. multi-user license is purchased, the software may not be concurrently 
  17. used by more than the number of licenses purchased.

  19. This software is licensed for evaluation purposes only until a license 
  20. is purchased.  You may not use the software for more than 90 days, 
  21. even for evaluation purposes, without the express written consent of the 
  22. author.  Once a license is purchased, the software may be used indefinitely 
  23. or until the end of the term defined in your license agreement (if such a 
  24. term is defined).  For components and controls, the registered version
  25. may be redistributed with your product to any number of customers,
  26. royalty-free, provided the control does not constitute a substantial 
  27. portion of the value of the distributed application.

  29. This software may not be sold or transferred to another party. You may not 
  30. copy, reproduce, or transmit any part of the software or documentation in 
  31. any manner for any purpose whatsoever, except to make archival copies as 
  32. your protection against the loss of the software. Any archival copies of 
  33. this software and documentation must remain in your sole possession, and 
  34. may only be used to recover the software or documentation in the event of a 
  35. loss.

  37. The software is provided "AS IS" without any warranty, either expressed or 
  38. implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of 
  39. merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You accept all risk 
  40. as to the performance of the software. In no way will the author be liable 
  41. for any damages or loss caused by the use, or inability to use this software,
  42. regardless of the author's awareness of the potential for such damages or loss.

  44. Additionally, all support for this software product will be provided (or not 
  45. provided) at the discretion of the author, and with no guarantee as to the 
  46. accuracy or timeliness of any response.
